Andrew practices all aspects of family law and in particular assists clients in Intervention Order matters, both family violence and personal safety. He appreciates the overlap between the jurisdictions and, in both, seeks to achieve outcomes that are safe, appropriate and sensible in the circumstances.
Andrew understands that separation is difficult for everyone, particularly when children and allegations are concerned. He seeks to empower clients towards accountability, taking responsibility for their actions and seeking professional help where necessary. Andrew encourages clients to move beyond the hurdle of seeking to right any wrongs of the past. Instead, looking to focus more on moving forward, to achieve a more positive family dynamic.
