First appointments

We recognise that legal advice can be expensive.

We offer first appointments for $440 (inclusive of GST).  This is a face-to-face interview for 1 hour.  

What to expect at your first appointment

We’ll help you understand your legal entitlements and map a pathway to assist you to move forward, removing the fear of the unknown and giving you the clarity to make informed choices based on our practical advice.

From there, you will receive:

• A customised resource pack of family law information for you to take home.
• A free follow-up with you summarising our advice to you.

Once a pathway to resolve your matter is decided, we can then provide you the likely costs involved to get you to a resolution.

We will provide you with the required estimates in the form of a costs agreement for you to consider.  A retainer is required for us to start work on your matter.

Our promise to you

We will endeavour to work our services around your budget. Equally, we trust that you will respect our trading terms and pay us per our agreement.  If your financial circumstances change, we ask that you immediately advise us.

As part of our service, we will assess your current financial situation and provide you with the most effective option regarding family law legal costs.
